Heidi Hilf O'Brien
Heidi Hilf O'Brien is a fashionista with a flair for business.
Prior to opening heidi Boutique, she ran a third-generation, family-owned
manufacturing company, Cascade West Sportswear, Inc. for 15 years
in Seattle. There, she managed more than 100 employees and learned
the apparel business inside-out.
O'Brien moved to Scottsdale in 2004 when she began conceptualizing
her dream to open a high-end women's clothing boutique. Her vision
for heidi Boutique was to make customers feel as if they were walking
into the most beautiful closet in the world. She made her dream and
vision a reality in 2005 when heidi Boutique opened its doors, bringing
fashions "from the runway to your closet."
O'Brien earned a bachelor's degree in broadcasting from the University
of Washington.

Kate had been with Heidi Boutique since the day it opened over 5 years ago. She is an incredible salesperson who is always willing to help any type of customer. Kate has assisted Heidi in many buying trips and also has great computer skills. So happy to have such a loyal employee.

Michelle has over 4 years of retail experience and Heidi Boutique is so excited to have her as part of our team! She is an incredible merchandiser and she brings such a wonderful sense of store placement, buying experience and selling ability. We feel lucky to have her!

Michelle has been my behind the scenes girl for many years. She has atterded numerous buying trips with Heidi and is a huge asset to the company.
