Shipping

Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of receiving.  Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS after being processed, depending on how far from us you are located.  Orders are shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona.  Please do not email us about when your order will ship unless it has been over 4 business days as this only delays us processing orders.  If you want your package expedited, you need to pay for the rushed shipping which will ship out the same day as your order is placed.

Orders cannot be canceled after being placed.

Please double check your shipping address!  Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address.  If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit.  If your package is lost in transit you will need to file claim with the post office. 

If products are marked as delivered, you will need  to contact the carrier regarding your package.  We normally use USPS.

International shipping is available and the rate will be calculated and added at checkout.  We are not responsible for any taxes nor duties you may owe.
