1. Do you have gift cards?

Yes! Can be purchased in-store or online. Online, the e-gift card will be emailed to the email address used with the order.  The gift card tab is at the bottom of the page on our website.

2. How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.  Be sure to use a working email address for this reason!

3. What size should I order?

We have a general sizing guide under our size chart, but items differ according to the brand.  We provide guidance in the specific item descriptions on how the item fits. (True to size, oversized, small, etc.)

4. How do I apply a gift card or promo code at checkout?

At checkout, go to your order summary and enter your code in the box that says “gift card or discount code”.

5. Do you give refunds?

We issue Store Credit only.  See the return tab at the bottom of the homepage.

6. What if I receive a damaged item?

Please email us at info@heidiboutique.com and forward photos of any damage within two days of receipt of your order.
