We hope that you love all your purchases from Heidi Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes you may need to return a purchase. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY if returned within 10 business days of your receipt of the purchase. After this timeframe, your item would not be eligible for return.
Items bought with STORE CREDIT are FINAL SALE.
We do not offer price adjustments for items that go on sale after the date of purchase.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Once we receive your return, please allow 3 days for us to process your store credit. Once processed, your store credit will be saved under customer name and is good for 90 days.
Items purchased during a sale or with a discount code are Final Sale.
Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.
Damaged items must be reported within two days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at info@heidiboutique.com and forward photos of any damage.
